Can we use topical clindamycin(1%)+adapalene(0.1%) Along with doxycycline or any other oral antibiotics .

Yes. But you should avoid any retinoids including adapalene along with doxycycline. It may cause serious side effects including pseudo tumor cerebri.

You can... however treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
