I have given my daughter Chericof ls junior at 9 pm she is coughing again right now can i repeat the same dosage after 6 hours

1. Fever Management Paracetamol syrup (250 mg/5 ml or 125 mg/5 ml depending on what you use) Dose: 15 mg/kg per dose Give every 6–8 hours if fever (>100°F) Maximum 4 doses/day  2. Hydration Encourage plenty of fluids Continue breastfeeding / normal diet 3. Cold / Nasal Block Normal saline nasal drops 2–3 drops in each nostril Every second hourly daily for 5 days  Especially before feeds/sleep 4. Cough Relief No routine cough syrups (<5 years) For >1 year: Honey ½–1 tsp 2–3 times/day cough is protective, may last 1–2 weeks  5.  Syp Levocetirizine 5mg/5ml(need to know the weight )at morning and night for 5 days  ❌ Avoid  No antibiotics (viral illness) No combination cough syrups in small children  Feeding Advice Continue normal diet Small frequent feeds Warm fluids helpful Monitoring Activity level Feeding Urine output Danger Signs – Review Immediately if: Fast breathing / difficulty breathing Chest indrawing Persistent high fever >3 days Child not feeding / lethargic Bluish lips Continuous vomiting Convulsions  Follow-Up If not improving in 3 days or earlier if concerns
