Or any allergy from the particular food or item that U had from the past few weeks or months... ? Proper history along with clinical examination required for proper diagnosis of this... unnecessary taking antibiotics and other medications are of no use until or unless we diagnose it in a better way.. plus if u say there is some white patch ... we need to do some clinical examination of the same ...

Do mention your age for better diagnosis. It can be due to systemic issues like gastric reflux also... Check your self for symptoms of indigestion and constipation which sometimes result in white deposits on oral mucosa...

Cud b a form of candidiasis that's a fungal infection since these white patches r seen on ur tongue also. U must consult any qualified dentist.

Welcome to practo.. It seems normal and nothing serious.. Avoid hot and spicy food for one week.. Take vitamin c and e supplements.. Avoid rough brushing and rough tongue scraping.. After one week if you still have any white discoloration or any pain, then consult me.. Thank you..
