Regarding issue of fever from 25 days

Hi Last year March doctor recognised TB and course is completed in December . Now from last 25 days again I feel feverish ,I was checked temprature it's 99.1 -2. Again i was visit doctor who did ct chest and by seeing film he told me I am suffering from fungal nimonia and give 15 days medicine ..and now medicne about to finished but not feeling relaxed in fever ..after 2 o xlcok it's started .. Please suggest what to do ..my ct scan report is attached

It could be anything like super infection or resurgence of TN esp drug resistant type. You need urgent reassessment

Features are likely suggestive of TB. You require sputum evaluation and if not better even bronchoscopy . Would like to see the CT films . Kindly consider for a consult for discussion regarding treatment plan
