Regarding implantation bleeding

Hello doctor I have 28 days of cycle ,and today is Day 27 of my cycle, since day 21( night) there is spotting till today and I am having diziness,some time nauseous, lethargy,bloating stomach, constipation,don't want to eat anything and this is the first time I am experiencing it. What is the possibility pregnancy or menstruation . This  happen with  pregnancy kindly suggest plz
