Hsa test done and I we are not able understand that reports are good or he need medications. I have attached the image, please help.

Hello This report is not normal Motility is 5 percent as mentioned . It's too low . Count is normal Morphology is normal But still sperms should be motile for pregnancy You need to get one detailed consultation
Next Steps
kindly do one repeat semen analysis from good lab after 3 days abstinence
