Regarding hiv 1 and 2 antibody only test

Hey there i did the hiv 1 amd 2 antibody only test. It was negative. But the method was ECLIA. So is this method a rapid method or proper automated machines are used for ECLIA HIV TEST? Kind of freaked out.
