Doctor, My daughter 3year 6 months old suffered from high fever(started at 102 F) from yesterday evening.  Given p250 4ml, fever not reduced then given meftal 4ml after an hour, then fever got reduced.  1.30am given meftal but midnight 2:30am, temperature got increased to103.7 then went 24 hours hospital. They given suppository then temperature got reduced till 9am today. After that temp constantly between 99 and 101° even after giving p250 and ibugesic.  Went to pediatrician given mahacef 100 5ml antibiotic. She is active only. Please suggest us what to do if fever increased in the night? Thanks doctor.
