Regarding heavy bleeding
I have taken two depo provera which lasted till September 16 then I didn't take any dose, since 2 months I am experiencing heavy bleeding... it's not been even 1 week I have taken pause mf medicine recommended by a gynocologist for 3 days but from yesterday I am having bleeding again...what should I do now? Is this depo provera wear off symptoms or something serious? In the morning also I got heavy bleeding after taking pause mf?

Heavy, irregular bleeding like this for weeks after stopping Depo Provera is a known withdrawal pattern. The uterine lining builds up unevenly on this injection, and once it wears off that lining can shed in fits and starts for a few cycles. Pause MF is meant to stop the bleeding while you take it, so having it return within days of finishing the course usually means the dose or duration needs adjusting, not that something new has started.
Next Steps
Go back to the gynaecologist who prescribed Pause MF and let them know the bleeding returned despite the course, since the plan may need repeating or changing. Since this has run two months, it's worth getting a haemoglobin check done too.
