Hello dr I'm male 26 years severe headche since 2 days taking dolo 650 but did not decrease please suggest any other tablet ..today I have loss of smell and taste and temp 100,spo2: 99% ,pr :104 ,bp:140/90( in digital meter) Please suggest home based treatment
