Regarding Glucose fasting and PP

Sir/Ma'am, I am 77 years old. I am suffering from diabetes. I am checking glucose level every week. My sugar Fasting and PP is: 28.04 121 (f) 174 (pp) 30.04 123 (f) 163 (pp) 07.05 108 (f) 156 (pp) 12.05 126 (f) 144 (pp) My HbA1c is 6.7% Kindly suggest if any medication is required. Give your valuable feedback as well.
