No relevant studies of seasame with jaggery consumption have shown to create a brain or heart block. Kindly consult a Nutritionist before consuming anything on a daily basis. Too much of anything is too bad. When consumed in moderation gives beneficial effects

Hi, Sesame seeds is rich in iron and PUFA and jaggery is also good source of iron and calorie. The combination of these two one can consume it, as it has health benefits. Specially it can meet the needs of iron requirements. As sesame is rich in PUFA which is one of the components to control lipid profile, definitely it will help. One can consume it, but how frequent it varies from person to person.
