Hi ..if your eyes are Normal.. you dont have to do anything extra .. Just follow healthy lifestyles, less screen time, protective glasses outdoors..that's all

Sir you can maintain a normal eye by following below given instructions: 1. Follow proper working pattern for Laptops/ Computers/Mobile (Follow 20-20 rule and Frequent blinking). 2. Healthy nutritious diet 3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day 4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours 5. Daily exercise and meditation 6. Six monthly Eye check up 7. UV protective glasses in daytime outdoors 8. Helmets for two wheeler rides
