Does adhd medication cause cognitive impairment bcoz in my case it is happening even after having the medicine prescribe by the doctor. I cant study well enough as I used to do earlier.understanding or observing or learning process is slow down.

ADHD medication should improve ur attention and help u in learning process. Memory issues can be due to inattention which can be sec to ADHD if i r at low dose medication which are ineffective.
