Regarding ear pain and tonsils

Hello doctor, actually I have a problem of tonsils from last 4 days and also there's lot of pain in my ears. I can't able to eat and drink anything even water and even can't able to sleep and talk properly. I am a mother of fourth month daughter and I can't able to handle her because of the svere pain.
