Kindly suggest me diet. I am diabetic and my Fasting level is 108 and PP is 208 and HBA1c is 9.4. and i have no such symptoms expect headache

A1c 9.4 is very high... Ppbs is increased Need to follow good diet and exercise In addition will need medicines for better glycemic control

Start Tab.Metformin 500 mg once a day after dinner. Follow diet chart. Daily physical activity atleast 30 minutes per day. Avoid simple carbs. Have small quantity frequent meals.
