Regarding Deworming n vitamin d n folate

Hi I m planning for pregnancy n doctor prescribed folate ns...it contains betaine...my homocysteine levels falls in normal range...will it cause any trouble n shall I continue to take it...is it safe... albendazole 400 mg safe to take while trying to conceive?...if so how many days after taking it shld I wait to try to conceive?...I took vitamin d 60k weekly once for two months n blood level increased to 42...my doctor told no need blood test n u can take two months like this once in every six months life long...can I do so or can I take monthly once 60k life long as maintenance therapy...

This will not cause any trouble This  is safe you can take it you can also take albendazole Vitamin d toxicity is a known phenomenon make sure you take vitamin d supplements only if your levels are low

Albendazole is safe mam. Continue to take folic acid too.
