Regarding deep breath...

Dear doctor I m having chest pain during running and post running it finished...I was tested COVID positive in 2020 and still m having sneezing problem, there are lot of sneezing comes and when I take levocetrizine it reduces...and post COVID still I take deep breath it's hard to take deep breath... normal breath is good ... Spo2 level is 98...no cough ...only sneezing and sometimes sore throat
