I m having pain in lower abdominal since 1 yr before 2weeks of periods so i went to check.in ultra sound it found cyst in lower abdominal but its less than 3mm so doctor said no need to take any harmonal mdcn it wil b ok after 2-3cycles.but m still same still pain before 2wk of periods wat should i do?

Please share your ultrasound report.... Usg to be done on 2nd day menses...... Till then u can take meftalspas for symptomatic relief
