Cause of lower abdominal pain?
My wife and I were involved in a Intercourse where in semen was discharged outside (98 % or may be 100 %) because we didn't plan for conceiving. She took ECP within 48hrs. And the Intercourse took place just after her periods were over ( I.e on the 6th day of her cycle). She took few urine pregnancy tests after 21th day of her cycle which was negative. Again on 23 th day and 25th day which were negative. She also took Beta HCG test, ( > .100 ) on her 28th day which was also negative. But she is experiencing acute abdominal pain from last two week continuously and there is also a delay in her periods by 6days now. Can it be a Case of ectopic pregnancy? If not what's the cause ?

Acute Abdominal pain for two weeks is too much. Please get a sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist in your area. Yes. It can be an ectopic pregnancy or a twisted ovarian cyst.

Pregnancy test done before a skipped period  would be  wrongly timed and negative so the test that you had done on the 21st 23rd 25th and 28th day of the cycle were all wrongly timed you need an ultrasound find out the reason for the pain and a pregnancy test

It's better to get an ultrasound scan done and see.
