Got two bhcg 0.6miu/ml test are done at a interval of 4 days and after missed period can i have cryptic pregnancy

Well depends on day of cycles the readings are If done followed missed peroid it's less likely of any pregnancy

Do sonography to check uterine lining... If value negative that means you are not pregnant... Word cryptic pregnancy is not used for such circumstances and no need to increase confusion.. If bhcg hormone in bld suggest no pregnancy activity in body.. Apart from pregnancy there are many other reasons for delay menses... You should be evaluated for that.. Personal counseling by a gynac will be more beneficial for you
