Need to do now are: 1) Minimise fluid intake to the least possible amount. 2) Make sure that blood pressure and blood sugar are well controlled. 3) Estimate serum Potassium, Sodium, Urine routine examination, urine culture, Blood RE, 4) Ultrasound whole abdomen with main focus in the Kidney and urinary tract. 5) May also need CECT whole abdomen and other more investigations if no underlying  pathology found following clinical evaluation and investigations mentioned above.
