I have an allergy from cold things,sour things ,many fruits ,vegetables,dust,some plants and also from animals can i take covid 19 vaccine and what medicines and precautions should i take after post vaccination symptoms

Allergy to certain things will not make you ineligible for vaccination. But you can tell this history to concerned doctor before getting vaccination.

Allergies to the above mention things doesn't mean you can't take vaccine. After vaccine administration you are kept under vision for 30mins so as to see you there are any side effects coming up. So you need not worry about it and get vaccinated asap. Do remind the nurse/doctor of your allergies.
