Regarding constipation

My daughter is 19 months old. She is facing constipation since last week. I tried everything giving her banana, juice, increased her water intake. Still shes in same manner. As prescribed by doctor I gave her laxolite syrup. I gave 2 dosage for 2 days. Still I m not getting the result. Can someone please consult me
