My daughter had noisy breathing and had more secretions in chest since yesterday night.. She couldn't sleep.. While sleeping the secretions coming to the nose. So elevated the head. She don't have cough and running nose.. Rarely coughing.. Had fever twice 101 deg. Having secretions back side of the nose. Couldn't clear. Seen physician chest was clear. Prescribed gudcef-cv ( 3.0g in 30 ml), monticope, calpol 250 for 3 days.  Is this Enough? Saline drops can be used? Her age is 3 years 10 month.

Continue prescribed medicines.... As cold will take 4to5 days to respond... Fever will subside in 2to3 days, don't worry....
Next Steps
if kid is active then wait for 2to3 days...give plenty of liquid orally...

yes saline drops can be used . if above 2 medicines were given by the dr ,then yes continue but am sure u are given med for cold and cough ,if not give you can use syr relent plus 2.5 ml twice daily for 5 days . look if the baby's respiration is fast ,chest movements are deep and difficulty in feeding or more of night cough ,then consult again .
