Regarding cephalexin drops

My 8 months old daughter had fever from Monday (11/7/22). Today went to pediatrician. He prescribed calpol and cephalexin drops (antibiotic) for 5 days. Now her body's temperature is normal (no fever). Shall I give cephalexib drops or not necessary? Is it necessary to give antibiotics?

You have to continue and finish the course of antibiotic or else infection keeps recurring
