Regarding CBC Report

I am having phlegm cough,sore throat and throat pain from the last 2-3 weeks. But yeaterday my throat pain was severe and i vomited also. No Fever till now. Doctor precribed CBC and other test. Please tell me whether this results points covid or not. Or something else.

Reports are acceptable and almost within normal limits Rtpcr is advisable for Covid confirmation Saline gargle and steam inhalation may be beneficial

Please note it would be necessary to do a covid rtpcr to rule out covid. However an active infection is suggestive of cbc report. Would like to discuss in details.Kindly consult.
