My father is facing problem of severe acidity ,It feels like something is going up to his brain and he starts sweating and his heart beat also increase and he feels so much uneasy whenever this happens

He could be having reflux If this is happening frequently despite using medication then it is better to get an endoscopy done

He could use pantoprazol 40 mg domperidone 30 mg combination once a day for few days, avoiding spicy and oily food.He should have a baseline ECG tracing to see his symptoms are related to heart.
