Hi I took mifegest then misoprostol today as prescribed by doctor. After taking misoprostol I had heavy bleeding and after sometime I passed large blood clot while passing urine. Bleeding reduced after few hours.. anything wrong happened.

Nope dear... It just that abortus might have expelled out and that's why bleeding reduced... Anyways it may happen on and off for next 3-5 or even 7 days.

Why don't you ask the same Doctor who prescribed Mifigest and Misoprost ? If anything wrong has happened then it will have to be treated . Even if you get a diagnosis of "something wrong has happened" on Tele-consultation then who is going to treat you ? Please be rational in asking questions.
