Using sensodyne in the morning and using other product mouth wash before bed is safe ? If safe, please suggest a good mouth wash.

Without any general dental problems like sensitivity there is no need to use sensodyne tooth paste . Also look for a alcohol free mouth wash as the ones with it may dry up your mouth leading to more troubles like bad breath . This gets amplified because of over usage of masks these days
