Refusing breastfeeding

My baby is 4 months old, his weight is 6 kg. He is having running nose and sometimes I can hear noise while breathing due to blocked nose. He is refusing to take breastfeeding, he is taking feed only during sleep or when he is very hungry. But he is active and sleeping well. We are very far from hospitals and pharmacy in a village. For now I have medicine like T- minic, Mucolite, and saline nasal drops. Please suggest me remedies for my baby's symptoms. Many thanks in advance.

Give saline nasal drops 5mins before every feed so that he feeds well If possible you can give steam inhalation by keeping baby a bit far from steam; feed the child when he /she is comfortable

Give syrup alrid 0.75ml three times a day Nasal saline drops every 4-6 hrly Since these babies are nose breather only put saline nasal drop before every meal

Get one mucous aspirator. After putting saline drops give a little massage on nose and aspirate after 10 minutes from nose. Will clear off all nasal blockage. Put drops 4-5 times in a day and do the above atleast thrice a day after putting drops. Give mucolite for 3 days.
