Reduced penile sensation
Hi, I have noticed gradually over the years that my penile sensation has gone down resulting in delayed climax or reduced pleasurable sensations in sexual activities. I want to know is there any medication or topical lotions that will help regain the natural sensitivity. I was circumcised when I was young, I'm unsure if that could be a reason too. It seems to be due decreased libido which hampers the penile sensitivity.
