I m around 80 kgs i want to reduce weight and get into shape.. but i live in hostel here doeting becomes difficult.. i have a problem irregular mensuration problem which makes me fatigue and tired really easily and i cant exercise... i want to feel healthy and look good by reducing my weight...

What is your height and it is not problem to stay at hotel ur selection matters choose wisely. That helps to weight loss. Due to more weight u r feeling fatigue and weak have good diet and lose weight I can help with 4-5 KGS weight loss in month

First and foremost you must understand losing your weight is a very gradual process. You should have strong determination and patience if you want to lose weight. And it cannot happen suddenly. Losing too mich suddenly is also not good for health. You have to follow a strict diet and exercise schedule.
