Weight loss is a gradual process. A balanced diet combined with the 60 mins of exercise a day will help the process.To start with eat 5-6 small meals a day.Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.Sleep 8hrs in the night.Include atleast 2 fruits a day n lots of fresh vegetables.Avoid ready to cook n ready to eat food n processed foods.
