Dear doc. How should i can reduce my eye number? Currently i have +3 and +3.5 eye number. So please refer me how should i reduce it?

Hello Exercises/ diet changes/ medication won't help to reduce the number.You can opt for contact lenses if you are not comfortable with glasses. Visit an ophthalmologist and get evaluated for glass number(dilated refraction),tear function, retina examination,topography and corneal thickness;if ok you can have your number removed by LASIK.
