Redness stiffness and pain on foot

I am having frequent pain with redness, stiffness and pain at a particular point mainly close to nails. Pain stays for 24 to 48 hrs. It has been going on from last around six to seven yrs. My age is 47. I take pain killer and continue with work. Have got my blood checked number of times possibly for liver/ kidney problems as I was told it.may be because of blockage of.blood circulation wherever there is pressure. Request advice
