Initially 3 yrs back my nose started getting pustules and becoming red when I stay in sunlight for longtime. Later the redness has began to permanently stay on my nose and it also extended to my cheeks. I have consulted 2 dermatologists on this issue but situation didn't improved. My skin is oily and dry. Also my skin peels off and become even more reddish when I wash my face with soap or face wash. Please suggest me any suggestions on my problem.

Most likely the condition you're suffering from is rosaceae. Where sunlight exposure, hot humid environment eg kitchen, harsh climate, hot drinks etc exacerbate it. Get a dermatologist consultation to get a proper line of management.
