Redness of the corner of my left eye

I am having redness in the corner(nasal side) of my left eye since yesterday...no itching or discharge...no other symptoms(no fever or cough/cold)... I had such a symptom about 2 years back which subsided on its own... Known hypertensive on medication Please suggest me a eyedrop/ medication... Thanks in advance... P.S-Image of my left eye enclosed

This is called subconjunctival haemorrhage. There is accumulation of blood under the layer of eye called conjunctiva. This may occur due to trauma to the eye, vigorously rubbing the eye or may occur due to high blood pressure. Nothing to worry about.... It resolves on its own... Bit it will take nearly 2 to 3 weeks for the blood to get absorbed completely.
Next Steps
Increase intake of vitamin c inthe form of lemon juice etc. you can also take vitamin c tablets... tablet Limcee ( 500) chewable tablet once a day for 2 weeks. vitamin c will help in absorption of blood.
Health Tips
This may be associated with haemorrhage inside the eye.... if there are any visual disturbances  better to get a retina check up done
