My 2 yrs old girl have redness around vagina and anus...burning sensation while urinating.. She is using siloderm from one day but no change.. She has no fever vomit or diarihh nothing.. She never wear dyper.. Her epetite is very less

You can continue siloderm but there is burning sensation while urination you'll have to take a consult cause it might be due urine infection.
