Sir make sure your motions are Clear. Avoid Sweets, Sour, Spicy food. Better take Local Fruits or Vegetables (Bottle Gaurd, carrot, beetroot, amla) soup in Breakfast/Lunch. Have early Dinner. Avoid Dals in Dinner. Avoid too much liquids after Sunset. If it is Red and burning, then Pure Rose water as eye drops is also good.
