Redness in scrotum and near anus for more than two months now. Applying eumosome but temporary relief. Feels itchy and rough. What is this?

Looks like perineal and scrotal inflammation with external haemorrhoids and +/- anal fissure
Next Steps
visit a surgeon/urologist for optimal examination and investigation start Sitz bath thrice daily. (Google about it)
