Redness in eyes for two days and signs of conjunctivitis. Which is good of the two below 1: FML t eye drops 2: Lotepred eye drop

None.if there is infection. Please use antibiotic eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin. Or share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Hello My sincere opinion would be to consult local Ophthalmologist Having said that, FML t is better option for conjunctivitis rather than lotepred
