I have redness in eye 1,2 days . there is no pain and no swelling. What happen ?? Please suggest me best treatment for that

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination. pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
