Tip of the finger is red and a little bit swallon in my baby's hand..what to do plz suggest ..how can I cure it

Is there history of some trauma ??? Or injury ? If it's an infection, needs oral and topical antibiotic. If it's an allergic reaction, anti allergic would be needed.. as insect bite allergy is quite common .. Best is to take a physical consult to know best treatment..
