Reddish tongue

About my mother 62 years old. She has complaint reddish tongue since last many days, not eating even little spicy food. Already taking vit b12, folic acid and all other supplements. Need to do biopsy of tongue? What are the possible diagnosis ?

Strawberry tongue is what u mean I guess by saying reddish tongue .. it's not a harmful condition .. so don't worry... it's common with vitamin and folic acid deficiency... need further evaluation to find out the right cause .. need some pictures .. u can connect / consult to get a clear idea ...
