Reddish non-itchy rashes on chest

Hi, I am suffering from reddish non-itchy rashes on my chest area and shoulders from last 2 week. Currently applying Mupirocin ointment gel on the affected area, however it has no effect. Can anyone please suggest treatment for this condition. Attaching pic for your reference. Thanks.
