I have facing with this just above the elbow on both the arms. Sometimes its very itchy and I can't control scratching on them due to which the spots get raised up or swell by making the area red. Please suggest me some quick remedy and what's the exact cause of this . I'm presenting staying in Delhi. Thanks

This could be Scabies or even a insect bite reaction leading to the allergic reaction. They r related with itching and reddness. If not treated it may spread over the body. Consult a Dermatologist for the same to prevent further progression of the lesions.
