Hello doctor!! Am 18 years old, and this days am seeing some red spots on my penis which causes some itching sensations and some white sticky layer are also been seen!! So doctor am doubting whether I am having the problem of balanitis!! So doctor pls help me out..and suggest me the treatment and remedies !
