Red spots in poop one month old

One month old baby had red spots in poop. Baby is exclusively breastfeed. Did stool occult blood test which came as negative. He is taking multivitamin(Bevon) and calcium drops. What may be the reason for red spots in poop?

Repeat occult blood stools test. If still negative, may be red pigment in stool.
