Hello please suggest me some cream or gel as i am suffering this problem from 5-6 months as i used to apply annovate cream for piles. Now no issue with piles but the problem are those red spots sometimes they pinch sensation . I used to apply aloe gel it was stopped but as i stopped it have been back. Please suggest any medicine or something if its infection or chafting
